Hemlane is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. Our property management platform provides an alternative to the traditional model, creating a modern way to manage rental properties nationwide. We empower rental owners to manage their rental properties from anywhere in the world, leveraging our software, tech-enabled operations team, and marketplace of local support.

Responsibilities
The best candidates will excel at the following:
Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of channels including cold calling, email outreach, social selling to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
Phone Conversations: Feel comfortable making a large number of calls to rental owners.
Closing Leads: Set demos for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage or go directly to get them signed up on platform.
Check Ins: Set appointments and follow up on leads
Metric Tracking: Track progress towards meeting sales goals
Collaboration: Meet with the sales account executive team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Organization: Use CRM (Hubspot) to manage leads and sales activities.
Pulse on Market: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Attendance: Attend weekly sales meetings to review metrics and participate in improving the process.
Requirements
The best candidates will have the following qualifications:

Competent and comfortable in a CRM and sales automation systems (Hubspot preferred)
