The Role

North Star: Build long-term, profitable and collaborative relationships with clients to ensure they trust Mint as business advisors that can drive their businesses forward with our progressive creative work.

This role is specifically tailored for a leading global tech brand that is supporting business owners in Canada. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask various projects successfully and manage tight timelines is key.

The Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

Manage client expectations and help to make all plans operational

A strong team player, with ability to work independently at times. A flexible, results and service-oriented team member with a passion for creativity and innovation.

Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven and high pressure environment.

Demonstrated experience developing budgets, workback schedules, and production schedules along with excellent project management skills.

Experience with digital and IRL event execution

Work with internal team to develop a program plan that meets the client’s brief and budget

Work with other agency departments to develop campaign creative, program presentations, email invites, digital event pages, microsites, direct mailers

Work with the production team in asset builds such as signage, backdrops, activation builds, etc.

Assist in the consistent delivery of client communications in a detailed and timely manner

Support Client Service Team in the administration, delivery and maintenance of required client documentation including meeting notes, status documents, contracts (service agreements), project scopes, client budgets, payment schedules, invoicing, change-orders, forecasts, reports, and surveys

Ensure that Mint processes are adhered to at all times ensuring appropriate sign-offs are secured internally and externally

Forecast and track key account metrics and present to Account Director/Supervisor

Provide strategic advice and recommendations to improve and grow the business

Weekly status updates on program results,, client program reviews mid/end program

Support with leading client meetings and presentations

Make recommendations in the final program report geared to future business opportunities

Elevate risks and collaboratively builds solutions with Account Supervisor or Director

Any other duties required by the Account Supervisor/Director

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

Requires at least 3-5 years of client service and project management experience with a focus on B2B events

Experience working with multiple departments, within different disciplines

Proven experience in digital and In-Real-Life event management and execution

Understanding of national scope and differences in markets across North America

Experience in managing creative design team and working within brand guidelines

Experience in managing production teams in asset builds such as signage, backdrops, activation builds, etc.

Ability to create presentation decks and present to clients with confidence

Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing is preferred

Experience in managing and being apart of a team

Ability to travel across North America
