The company is seeking to hire a Systems Engineer, Mobility to support our Professional Services team.

Role Responsibilities

Provide expert level consulting services to clients, including wireless network design, implementation, and optimization.

Act as a subject matter expert for wireless networking technologies, including access points, controllers and wireless surveys.

Plan and execute complex migrations, upgrades, and consolidation projects.

Develop and maintain wireless network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures and effectively manage the implementation process.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues and perform root cause analysis.

Work closely with clients to understand their business and technical requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their outcomes.

Stay up to date on the latest wireless networking trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Cisco and Juniper platforms. Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications

Creativity and a passion for learning new things.

Good organizational skills.

Self-motivated.

Extensive knowledge of wireless protocols.

Ability to use Ekahua wireless survey tool.

Familiar with Juniper MIST wireless technologies.

Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations as needed.

Preferred, but not required:

Juniper JNCIA-MistAI certification or JNCIA-MistAI-Wireless or equivalent experience.
