Job Description: The Sr Mgr / AD, Analytics will have responsibility for translating complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving the commercial success of our products. Will have ownership of the HQ Analytics Dashboards inclusive of wireframing, development, and ongoing management. They will play an instrumental role in developing company s long-term analytics capabilities and vision. They will also coordinate closely with Sales Planning and other key functions to ensure consistency of reporting and metrics across the organization and analytics platforms. The position will report to the Director of Data Strategy and Analytics

Responsibilities:

Ownership over production, review, and summary of Monthly and quarterly Business Review insights. While partnering with Sales Planning (owner of sub-national analytics) to ensure a consistent story between national and sub-national analytics

Support VP, Commercial strategy, insights, and analytics in developing resmetirom s Launch Tower

Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging Market trends, competitive dynamics, and HCP/Patient behavior.

Partner with Trade on developing key metrics for continuous monitoring and inclusion in Specialty Pharmacy Quarterly Business Reviews

Own the development of HQ Dashboards inclusive of wireframing, business rules development, and ongoing QA/QC

Partner with AD, Commercial Data Mgmt., and external vendors in the development of reporting tables driving company BI Reporting platform.

Run Ad-hoc Analyses supporting HQ Leadership, Market Access, Trade, Marketing, and patient services.

Partner with the Director of Data Strategy and Analytics in developing company s long-term analytics vision. I.E. development of internal capabilities around NLP, ML, and AI

Requirements:

Proficiency in analytical tools such as R, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Solid understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization processes, market access, and regulatory considerations

Demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making.

Excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work with complex, diverse data sets.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners including Sales Planning, Marketing, Trade, Market Access, Medical and Legal

Able to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize efforts to achieve objectives.

Possesses a natural curiosity and the ability to challenge the status quo.

Can operate and thrive in a high-paced and lean environment.

Self-motivated/Flexible

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, data science, or related disciplines preferred. MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics, market research, or related roles (open to candidates from agency / consulting)

Experience with key patient and HCP data sets and key data partners i.e. Claims, EHR and Rx data sets and vendors such as MMIT, Forian, Symphony, Veeva, and Compile

Experience in hepatology / gastroenterology / endocrinology space preferred.

Experience in specialty pharmacy distribution models and patient hub.

Experience in working in a start-up environment and building from the ground up is preferred.

Product launch experience is a plus.
