Position Overview:

Oversee day-to-day (and week-to-week) operations of a project(s)

Coordinates and supervises all construction activities for the project.

Directs all subcontractors and company field personnel to attain project completion on time and within or under budget, while maximizing the quality of craftsmanship and safety practices that conforms to the original plans and specifications.

Maintains and adjusts the project schedule on a weekly basis. This includes forecasting, identifying problems and determining the best solution possible.

Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of the final punch list.

Qualifications:

Must have 10+ years of experience working as a Lead Superintendent for a commercial General Contractor involved with ground-up/interior Healthcare construction.

Have worked on large commercial projects valued at $30M+.

Proficient in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production in all phases of a construction project.

Comfortable and experienced in managing multiple projects at once.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
