Job Description:
The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Data Analyst / Logistics Representative will be the tactical expert who supports the day-to-day operations of the client's online business while also having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms. You will manage and monitor the brands on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners.

Familiarity with web-based applications
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Accessing estores (Magento Software) on the backend: product details, order details, store credits, reporting, gift cards, etc.
Receiving incoming inventory into software, troubleshooting inventory discrepancies
Working closely with ShipStation software details for outgoing orders from warehouses
Heavy MS Excel data management – pivot tables and formula experience required
Placing orders with suppliers, managing decoration, proofs, product delivery to customer and direct client contact
Processing returns and refunds on credit cards
Answering live chat lines and order support emails
Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in an e-commerce role.
Some accounting experience.
3+ years in the branded merchandise industry
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas/pivot tables/etc.) is a MUST.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
Previous store-building experience with Shopify or other platforms is a plus, but not necessary.
Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms is a great advantage.
Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Magento Software, ShipStation)

Salary Range: Php 45,000-Php 55,000
