Software Developer (Mid Level EM)

Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust software applications using ASP.NET, C#. You will work closely with our development team to design, implement, and support web-based solutions. Your expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET Core, web API, and third-party API integration will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Work closely with a team as well as collaborate with other development teams writing code contributing to a large set of applications using multiple shared projects and libraries.

Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software solutions using C#, Angular/jQuery, MongoDB, SQL Server, Docker, and other relevant technologies.

Build RESTful APIs and backend services using C#, integrating with databases and external services.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality, resolve any issues or defects, and assist test team members with any issues that arise.

Skills/Abilities:

Proven experience as a C# developer with strong proficiency in JavaScript languages such as Angular react.

Experience working with MongoDB and SQL Server databases.

Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker.

Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Microservice/Event Driven Architecture is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience

4+ experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
