A rapidly growing company with a facility in Wixom, Michigan area is currently seeking several Mechanical Project Engineers for Direct-Hire opportunities with their team. Mechanical Project Engineer rates are anticipated to start between $75,000 and $110,000 based on each candidates experience and education; we are willing to pay more for the right skills and experience. Qualified Mechanical Project Engineers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

" Mechanical Project Engineering experience with any automation equipment: Robotics, Conveyors, CNC Machinery.

" Experience with leading and supporting the design and engineering teams, providing direction, planning/scheduling, resolving issues.

" Able to perform engineering calculations, equipment selections, work with CAD/CAM/Engineering software, perform runoffs/prove-outs, and work with internal/external suppliers and clients.

" A BS or AS degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related degree is a benefit, but not essential. Equivalent relevant experience will be strongly considered.

" Able to travel up to 10% (typically local travel- some travel to additional facilities and vendors could be necessary - predominantly within the US).

" Must be able to work in the US, and complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
