Job Description

As one of the first point of contact to greet clients, the Financial Services Office Administrator is a client experience coordinator, who responds to client inquires, carries out transactions and conducts outreach meeting activities. The Financial Services Specialist is instrumental in developing strong internal and external relationships and works closely with suppliers, partners, and our broker/dealer, Avantax. We believe in a team-based approach using collaboration and accountability to foster an accepting and rewarding work environment.

This job position will be focused on the financial planning side of the firm. Some responsibilities are included below:

Communication: One of the first points of contact with clients & call/email correspondence. Good writing and communication skills

Account Paperwork: Establish new accounts and asset transfers. Complete on-going client paperwork

Client Meeting Preparation: Client meeting agenda, portfolio summary reports, sending client invitations, etc.

Transcription: Review meeting recordings and summarize follow up notes/letters in prescribed format for clients and administrative support.

Passion: Have a passion for personal financial planning!

Tax Season Prep: Assist the team with tax preparation items.

Skills: Communication, Client Centric; Initiative; Work Quality/Ethic; Relationship Building; Learning and Understanding the Business

System Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite

Organization: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, documents and reports; organize meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders; and assist the team with the weekly planning of priorities.Company Description

The firm continues to do taxes and In 1999, Craig Sanford developed the financial planning side of the firm, specializing in tax-smart investing. David Erskine started with the firm in 2006 and now leads the financial planning side of the practice.
