Responsibilities and Duties of a Food Production Worker:
Our food preparers work in a 24/7 environment creating food items for our airline customers according to their standards. This high-paced facility produces up to 12,000 meals per day meeting the highest quality product following Safe Food Handling practices.
Follows exacting specifications to meet standards set by customer
Adheres to HACCP standards and all other food safety guidelines
Works in a time sensitive environment ensuring all product meets required ready times
The Ideal Food Production Worker Candidate must be able to:
Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
Work overtime when required
Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
Lift, push and pull up to 30+ lbs
Stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.
