Customer Service Representative – Remote

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concern.
• Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies.
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
• Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information.
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• High School Diploma or State Equivalency certificate.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Office, Internet) and typing 35 wpm or faster.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently, such as reviewing account information while speaking with a customer on the phone.
