I am looking for licensed real estate agents to come join my team. We are a boutique real estate investment firm that specializes in both the acquisition and disposition (sales) of single family homes, multifamily apartment buildings and land throughout the metropolitan area. We operate both a wholesale arm where we buy and sell property to other investors, and a flipping arm where we renovate and sell homes to conventional homebuyers. I need hungry, self-motivated agents to help source new deals. You will work directly with me and my other employees in office. We already have an extensive professional network and marketing campaign that brings leads in daily. If the thought of working in a highly competitive, boiler room environment excites you then give me a call and let's talk. If I see promise in you I will consider giving you a small starting salary while you learn the ropes and get your license. I can teach anyone real estate but I cannot teach hard work.
