Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in dispatch management or a related field, preferably in the transportation industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using dispatch software and familiarity with transportation logistics.

Responsibilities as a Dispatch Manager at JW Parker, Inc.:

Manage a team of dispatchers to optimize driver schedules and routes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other staff to ensure seamless communication and execution of delivery schedules.

Monitor fleet performance, track deliveries, and address any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and customer interactions using our tracking systems.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance measures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
