CSB of Middle Georgia is located in Dublin, Georgia, and the agency currently serves residents of Bleckley, Dodge, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Treutlen, Wheeler, and Wilcox counties in Georgia; and in our Ogeechee Behavioral Health Division, serving residents of Burke, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, and Screven counties in Georgia. LOCATION: 2-3 Positions in Swainsboro, GA (Emanuel County) at Braswell House and around Waynesboro, GA (Burke County) and Augusta, GA (Richmond County).

Program Description: Braswell House, located in Swainsboro, Georgia, offers semi-independent residential treatment for men struggling with substance abuse disorders. Our program provides intensive outpatient transitional services within a safe, stable, drug-free environment. Residents undergo individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals, focusing on achieving long-term recovery over a minimum 30-day period. To be eligible for admission, individuals must have a substance abuse disorder diagnosis and have completed rehabilitation treatment at a CSU or hospital. We serve men who demonstrate readiness for behavioral changes, possess cognitive capacity to engage in services, lack safe or stable housing upon discharge, and meet ASAM Level III.1 criteria. Our goals include fostering necessary lifestyle changes, promoting commitment to recovery, developing social support networks, improving family functioning, and enhancing educational and vocational skills. Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise individuals.

Provide for the personal needs and comfort of people.

Assist individuals with activities of daily living.

Perform general housekeeping activities.

Use observational skills to remain aware of changes in the behavior and physical condition of individuals.

May assist with transportation and other activities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid GA Driver's License, preferably someone 20-21+ years of age to drive company vehicles.

Pass a drug screen and background check.

Basic Computer Skills

40 Hour Work Weeks

There is an Attendance Incentive pay rate of $100.00/week.
