Job Description

Specialty: Orthopedics

Pay: $100,000 - $130,000 + Volume Bonus ($180K - $200K first year)

Schedule: M-F, 8-5

***NO ON-CALL

Our client is seeking Physician Assistants to join their growing team at a growing Orthopedic practice. We have 4 open positions, 3 in General Orthopedics and 1 within the Spine sub-specialty.

What You’ll Do:

You will have one home office location and work alongside 1 physician.

You will have a shared clinical environment at first, and then see an independent patient panel after training/familiarization.

You will be responsible for the full scope of orthopedic care in the clinic, but there is no or very limited OR time as first/second assist.

You will perform closed reductions of simple fractures, cast or splint application, as well as joint injections, hematoma/digital blocks.

You will perform minor surgical procedures under local anesthesia such as tendon repair, soft tissue repair, steinman pins, etc.

You will have the clinical support of medical assistants.

Who You Are:

0-5+ years of experience - New Grads Welcome!

Valid CA License as a PA-C or ability to obtain upon offer letter

Medical malpractice is covered by the employer
