Machine Operator- 3rd shift

Job Description

Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is a global leader in antimicrobial and conductivity solutions for soft surface applications. Noble produces silver-based advanced material technologies designed for mission critical applications in the performance apparel, healthcare, industrial and emerging wearable tech markets.

Noble Biomaterials, Inc is currently seeking a Machine Operator M-F on 3rd shift, 11pm-7am.

Rate: $ 16.50 hourly.

$1.50 shift differential for working 3rd shift hours.

*CANDIDATES MUST TRAIN M-F 7AM-3PM UNTIL TRAINING IS COMPLETE*

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain knitting machines.

Monitor machines to detect faults and ensure effectiveness of knitting process.

Examine skeins to detect knitting defects.

Troubleshoot reasons for defects and contact maintenance for assistance when required for mechanical malfunctions.

Enter daily work into computer system.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures

Ability to lift 20lbs occasionally

Ability to work in a team environment

Basic computer skills

Detail oriented

Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

No prior experience or training.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
