We are seeking a skilled Blanchard Grinder Operator to join our team at our facility in Erie, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC Grinder, CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), and Surface Grinder machines, with a focus on Blanchard equipment.Responsibilities

Set up and operate Blanchard grinding machines to grind surfaces of metal workpieces to specifications

Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances

Adjust machine settings to control factors such as depth of cut, speed, and feed rates

Inspect and measure workpieces to verify conformance to specifications

Maintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications

Experience operating CNC Grinder, CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), and Surface Grinder machines

Proficient in setting up and adjusting machine settings

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Good communication and teamwork skills
