WHAT YOU WILL DO

Collect and consolidate the Sales Forecast (4+8 M) from Sales team monthly, assist to improve forecast accuracy.

Communicate with Sales team, fulfill sales demand and provide more accurate forecast to supply plants / planners.

Monitor monthly forecast accuracy is on track, set up and complete the corresponding reports timely.

Provide visualized reports to facilitate Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales to do analysis.

Be responsible for related Master Data maintenance application.

Prepare data, organize BM Sales Planning meeting, participate other related monthly planning meeting also BM S&OP meeting, keep close communication with other functions.

Be responsible for inter-company replenishment orders placement.

Maintain and update planning tools and methodologies to monitor the execution and to timely identify and flag issues for quick solutions.

Assist Supply Chain Manager to do process optimization, using automatic tool and other methods.

Fulfill other tasks assigned by the supervisor

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

Bachelor degree.

Min. 2 years of work experience in the supply chain and logistics functions.

Min.2 years of work experience in Chemical operations is a plus.

Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Experience to work in an international business environment is preferred.

Good MS office skills, such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Good communication skills, high initiative, responsibility & independence.

Good self-management skills, ability to set priorities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, team player.

Open and growth mindset, strong sense of responsibility and be able to bear hardships and stand hard work.

Prior experience with SAP or other integrated ERP solutions is a significant plus.
