Job Details Duties: Oversee monthly reconciliation of financial functions including cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and accounts payable.

Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.

Collaborate with Controller and General Managers to fulfill financial needs and conduct relevant analyses.

Lead and mentor accounting team, ensuring quality work and compliance with policies.

Assist in training and development of team members on accounting procedures.

Review general ledger account reconciliations for accuracy.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in dealership accounting.

3+ years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry.

Proven leadership experience in overseeing accounting operations.

Proficiency with automotive dealership accounting software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK). Strong computer skills including Google Platform and Microsoft Office Suite.
