Operations Executive (LPG)

Key Responsibilities: Handle full cargo and shipping operations for LPG.

Work closely with traders on all forward shipments.

Check and update the operations data in the system for analysis and reporting.

Maintain up-to-date voyage files and Daily position listing of assigned ships.

Liaising with Charterers/agents/vessels to ensure a swift and safe turnout of cargo operations.

Handle day-to-day negotiations with agents for agency fees, appoint approved agents, instruct agents, and Ship Masters, and monitor voyage performance.

Requirements: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in vessel cargo operations involving interactions with ports/terminals, agents, cargo inspectors, vetting, chartering, and ship shore compatibility., Being detail-oriented and having an analytical mindset.

Proficient in both written and verbal English and Mandarin languages, enabling effective communication with counterparties.

Demonstration of a strong desire and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills, capable of time management, and the ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances.

Should possess strong teamwork skills and be able to effectively collaborate with others.
