Scrum Product Owner - Comm Ins Automated Business Processes

REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE Join insurance carrier as a Scrum Product Owner on the product and automated business process development team (Forms, Rates & Rules) that is conducting detailed requirements analysis, developing automation, documenting processes, and performing quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

Position requires a natural analytical way of thinking and ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users and a person who can act as product designer, system developer, and business strategist.

*** Plan and prioritize work for Teams.

*** Evaluate products and automated business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and work with upper management to develop and maintain product vision.

*** Conduct reviews of automated business processes and develop optimization strategies.

*** Gathering information from various stakeholders.

Perform requirements analysis.

Document and present results.

*** Communicate insights and plans to stakeholders.

*** Collaboratively ensure product & systems development aligns with original vision.

*** Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

*** Coordinate user acceptance testing.

*** Develop project plans, managing projects, and monitoring performance.

*** Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize business systems.

Qualifications: *** Bachelors Degree *** Knowledge of Commercial Insurance Products including Underwriting, Forms, Rates & Rules.

*** 3+ years of experience in business analysis, Agile Methodologies, User Stories, Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.

*** Ability to work closely with stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions.

*** Excellent documentation skills.

*** Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
