About the Opportunity

Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is seeking an Depot Associate to support our Depot team. We are the leading provider of mobile enterprise solutions and services and our commitment to excellence in service delivery has resulted in dramatic growth and an expanding client base that includes hundreds of Fortune 1000 commercial companies. The Depot Associate will be a critical member of our team and ensure that the day-to-day operations in our warehouse run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have an interest in shipping and logistics and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the shipping department with daily operations in the warehouse. This may include activities such as receiving boxes from incoming freight carrier, verifying box count, sorting and dispersing packages received throughout depot, pack devices securely in cartons, ensure devices are prepped and ready to ship.

Verify shipping information, create shipping labels, and add labels to packed cartons.

Accurately assemble and install sim cards and batteries to devices as required.

Configure mobile devices based on customer specifications.

May perform ad-hoc assignments and project work as needed including asset tagging, counting, or performing quality checks of inventory.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Must have a working knowledge and experience using smartphones and/or tablets.

Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs

Regular and reliable attendance.

Ability to work overtime to complete projects as needed.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Multitasking skills and ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.

Ability to utilize critical thinking to complete tasks

High school diploma or the equivalent work experience
