The Full Time Rehabilitative Supports Supervisor at Alleghany Highlands Community Services plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program and Mental Health Skill Building Services. This position involves managing recruitment, training, and supervision of employees within these programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals in need. By supervising a team of direct care staff, allocating resources, and monitoring individual progress, the Supervisor contributes to the promotion of recovery, resiliency, and empowerment within the community. Through the implementation of individual service plans, skills training, vocational rehabilitation, and community resource development, the Supervisor helps adults with serious and persistent mental illness lead fulfilling lives. The successful full-time Rehabilitative Supports Supervisor at Alleghany Highlands Community Services must possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs. Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records systems and other relevant software is required to maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress effectively.
