Who we look for

We are looking for an Analog Design Manager to lead our team of Design Engineers in the development of analog and mixed-signal ICs. Direct and supervise daily activities and annual goals for project and Design team. Provide guidance and direction to subordinates within bounds of Company’s standard design procedures. Contribute to and advises on analog circuit design.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for the design and development of integrated circuits.

Actively manage entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release.

Direct responsibility for managing activities of the Design Engineering team.

Receive assignments from Department Manager and determine how to use resources based on established policies and procedures.

Participate in hiring and performance evaluations.

Responsible for recruiting new hires.

Mentor and trainsanalog Design Engineers.

Qualifications:

MSEE / PhD or equivalent with 8 - 12 years of analog circuit design experience.

Precision and/or power IC expertise preferred.

Fully understands industry concepts and practices. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods, modules and/or techniques throughout the design process.

Prior experience in successfully managing IC Design Engineers / teams strongly preferred.

Must have prior experience in bringing analog products through entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release

Ability to lead and direct activities of Staff level Engineers

Good written and verbal communication skills
