Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
