We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our hotel guests. The Front Desk Agent will greet guests, check them in/out, handle reservations, and provide information about services and amenities.
Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/out processes
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
- Assist with billing and payment processes
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience
