Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have an opening for a Associate Buyer in our Louisville, CO location.
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Core Responsibilities include:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Use demand forecasting data and assist in materials resource planning to meet forecasted demand
Work with Buyer to initiate purchase order process through data entry, maintenance and tracking.
Communicate with vendors to track orders, availability and lead times
Manage label inventory and ensure labels are ordered in timely manner to meet bottling schedule
Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies with suppliers
Assist with researching and onboarding new suppliers
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in supply chain management, inventory management, procurement, or other relevant field preferred
1-2 years of experience in planning production/procurement operations in a relevant industry
Strong prioritization, organization, and attention to detail skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with ERP software (Netsuite)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
