Arden's Garden is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Stone Mountain location! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, preparing wraps/bowls, sharing product knowledge, and creating wonderful customer experiences.

To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker, have excellent customer service skills and prior experience leading a team in sales or in the food industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies

Prepare cold foods and operate a panini press

Share nutritional knowledge with customers

Ensure Loss Prevention

Develop strong relationships with customers

Assist with inventory management and merchandising

Assist with store operations

Qualifications and Skills

Dedicated and hardworking

Able to operate a POS system

Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred

Good attention to details

Must be a multitasker, make the most of working in a fun & fast-paced environment
