Successful State Farm Insurance Agent located in New York City is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Marc Tedaldi, you will build and develop customer relationships to promote and service State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, providing documents, claim submissions, payments and billing clarification.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Property & Casualty license is preferred, candidate must be able to pass exam and obtain license within 30 days of hire

Fluency in both English and Spanish Required

At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience is required
