Kemin Biologics is searching for a Supply Chain Specialist based in Cairo (Egypt).

As a Supply Chain Specialist you will be responsible for the coordination between the sales force and the services and operations

Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Specialist will support the commercial activities of the sales employees and manages all internal and administrative sales office activities and sales order processing. You will also play a key role in ensuring the supply of our product. You responsibilities will be:

+ Independently process orders, including freight, export documents, and tariffs across multiple regions.

+ Coordinate warehouse orders and manage transport documentation.

+ Evaluate carrier performance, participate in meetings, and onboard new carriers.

+ Drive logistics projects to enhance warehouse and transportation efficiency.

+ Maintain and update our transportation model.

+ Liaise with sales, customer service, and operations teams.

+ Ensure SOPs are current for uninterrupted operations.

+ Cultivate strong customer relationships and resolve complaints.

+ Manage return goods authorization.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience

+ Experience in a supply chain/ customer service environment

+ Strong client-facing skills and bias for action (works pro-actively)

+ Must be an effective team player, detail-oriented and well organized.

+ Must be able to multi-task, adjust priorities, and have excellent time management skills.

+ Must be able to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

+ Ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with peers and all levels of management.

+ A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and a distinct sense of urgency.

+ Proficient in all MS Office Programs, i.e. Word, Power point, and Excel. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

+ Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

+ Must be fluent in English, multilingual a plus

+ Strong communication, interpersonal
