ACM/SHEET METAL INSTALLATION

Position Overview:

As a Crew Leader, you will play acrucial role in coordinating and managing the installation of ACM and sheetmetal systems according to project specifications, safety standards, andtimelines. You will lead a team of installers, providing guidance, training,and support to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional craftsmanship. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in metal cladding installation,excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering superior results.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead installation crews in the safe and efficient execution of ACM and sheet metal projects.

Interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to coordinate installation activities.

Assign tasks to team members and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.

Train new team members on installation techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Monitor job site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address any issues or concerns.

Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications.

Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and project progress.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ACM and sheet metal installation, with a proven track record of leadership.

Strong knowledge of metal cladding systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Proficiency in basic math and measurements, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
