Responsibilities

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and market appropriate products.

Work with the agent to establish and meet sales/marketing goals.

Establish priorities while working independently and efficiently.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Drive new business and sales/customer retention.Requirements

Strong, verifiable sales skills/experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)

Ability to develop leads and prospect new clients through marketing activities such as networking and referrals

Competitive personality & the ability to work well with individuals as well as a professional sales team

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Self-motivated

Detail oriented

Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals

Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
