Service Turn Technician

Seeking a full time Service Turn Technician to join Kane Realty Corporation, a Raleigh based company with significant growth potential. This Technician will be part of a team responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting

Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors

Make ready units for new moveins

Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems

Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times)

Must be available to work some weekends

Perform preventative maintenance activities

Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping

Pool maintenance

Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor or property manager

Job Requirements

Service Turn Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.

Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.

Education/Qualification

High School Diploma or GED

Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing.

HVAC Certification (CFC certification) & CPO

Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen.
