Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities? Search Inc. is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team and provide top-notch medical care and support to our clients.

About the Role: As a Registered Nurse at Search Inc., you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering medical services to individuals and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team. You'll report directly to the Division Manager of Medical Services and work in a supportive and innovative environment.

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Registered Nurse in our Medical Department. This position is Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM.

Salary Range: $90,000-$95,000/Year

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Search staff, doctors' offices, and team members on medical services.

Maintain accurate medical files and participate in medication-related tasks.

Provide medication administration training to staff according to guidelines.

Lead medication error reporting and ensure proper documentation.

Assist with hospital admissions, discharge planning, and clinical assessments.

Facilitate Health and Wellness meetings and contribute to person-centered initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Unencumbered Illinois RN license with clinical nursing experience.

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Illinois DHS Nurse Trainer certification or completion of the DHS Nurse-Trainer class.

Preferred Experience:

DHS approved Nurse-Trainer certification in Illinois.
