Live Chat Representative

Position Overview:

HNS Recovery is currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. This role requires a professional who excels in digital communication and is capable of managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously with precision and courtesy.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in customer service roles.

Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a robust command of grammar and spelling.

Typing Proficiency: Ability to type in excess of 50 words per minute; keyboarding and internet experience are essential.

Multitasking: Proficient in handling multiple tasks and chat conversations at once.

Software Skills: Experience with LiveChat software is a strong advantage.

Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a significant plus but not required.

Mindset: Possess a process improvement mindset, a humble attitude, and a proactive "get it done" approach.

Independence: Must be a self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Team Collaboration: Strong work ethic with the ability to function well both independently and within a team-oriented environment.

Professionalism: Upbeat, positive attitude with a professional demeanor; articulate and client-facing.

Administrative Skills: Capable of providing administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities:

Professionally handle incoming requests from consumers to resolve issues promptly via live chats.

Assist consumers in booking appointments for vehicle pickups or personal property collections.

Manage and upload necessary documents for appointments, filling out required areas as dictated by client protocols.

Inform consumers of any fees due at the time of pick-up, ensuring all information provided is accurate and comprehensive.

Offer quick, accurate assistance to consumer queries about booking issues, service questions, and general concerns.

Continually portray a positive and professional image of HNS Recovery, enhancing consumer relations.
