Altruistic AC & Heating is a locally owned HVAC company that provides professional heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services across the Austin area.

We are seeking an HVAC Install Technician who can install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. Do you have a strong passion for our industry? Hours: Monday through Friday

Pay: Piece Work

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience performing HVAC installs - both new construction and retro work

Must pass drug and background check

Valid license and insurable driving record

Positive attitude

Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies

Ability to lift and carry 100lbs

Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems

EPA Type 1 Certification preferred
