$84,000 at plan yearly + BenefitsResponsibilities:
Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current
Meeting and contacting new potential clients to discuss financial concerns and needs
Conducting information-gathering meetings with clients
Analyzing client needs and presenting potential solutions
Providing ongoing service to clients
Developing and implementing personal business and marketing plans
On-going development of professional skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired
Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued
