Floor Install Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced lead technician to install our floor coating technology and serve the customers in our community. You have experience working in a role that prioritizes attention to detail, working independently, and applying some type of coating to an existing concrete surface. You can quickly learn a new product offering and installation methods. You are comfortable working on-site for clients and demonstrating White Glove service and our Jobsite Code of Conduct. You are an accountable self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment.

Compensation:

$35,000 - $40,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

The Install Technician is responsible for completing the installation process of our green coating technology, including base coat, flake, and topcoat applications.

Effective and efficient installation of our Coating Technology

Attention to detail while working on a customer’s site

Effective preparation of the floor surface before applying our base coat

Communication with management if an issue arises that impedes the installation process

Exemplifying BauCon Coatings’s White Glove Service

Adhere to our Job site Code of Conduct

Use of our operating system to enter notes and upload before/after pictures to close each work order

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed in a metric-driven environment

Previous floor coating experience using epoxy or paint

Ability to stand

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving skills
