We service, install, and repair all makes and models of heating and air conditioning equipment including boilers, hydronic heating, heat pumps and water heaters. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DISPATCHER / CSR

As a part-time HVAC Dispatcher / CSR, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer.

First and foremost, you act as a dispatcher. You receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians. You schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed.

You are like our conductor who directs us as we perform our individual parts resulting in a successful HVAC concert each day! Additionally, you perform basic office duties as needed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in customer service

Strong phone skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with the home services or HVAC industry as well as experience with Acowin or other digital dispatch systems is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person! Are you organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Are you flexible? Do you have good customer service skills, both in person and on the phone? Are you attentive to detail? Are you friendly and able to empathize as well as calm and patient? If so, then you might just be perfect for this part-time position!
