Now, AgriShare is expanding its services to include the sale of agricultural equipment through the AgriShare platform providing a wide selection, attractive prices, fast delivery, and secure ordering.

AgriShare is dedicated to offering millions of farmers innovative, immediate, and convenient access to agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities Drive end-to-end revenue responsibly from a variety of agricultural equipment sellers and ensure sustained growth aligned with the AgriShare Business plan.

Build efficient business models aimed at encouraging the adoption of promotional tools, thereby facilitating assisted revenue growth.

Develop and refine efficient logistics and recommendation models for sellers, encouraging proactive measures and minimizing manual effort.

Ensure the presentation of appropriate agricultural equipment products to the respective customer segments through regular weekly and monthly campaigns.

Continuously manage agricultural equipment seller value to foster growth.

Develop, execute, and oversee strategic plans to enhance seller growth through community management and training activities.

Broaden the reach of AgriShare seller communities, actively sourcing and networking to enhance their businesses.

Engage in events and other activities to actively support AgriShare seller communities.

Lead the implementation of AgriShare’s overarching strategy for the seller community across various mediums (both online and offline). Create communication materials tailored to different seller segments to assist them in achieving commercial and operational excellence.

Keep sellers updated on the latest policies and features through comprehensive management of all seller communications.

Continuously improve seller performance through ongoing tracking and analysis.

Coordinate projects with team members, hubs, related departments, and provide reports to your supervisor.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines from any reputed university.

Excellent experience in Customer Life Cycle management Outstanding skills of communication, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with sellers and deliver daily support with strong seller-driven mindset.

Strong planning skills for online & offline activities, be creative and not hesitate to take new initiatives.

Logical thinking process, fast learner, good data & analysis skill.

Knowledge in working with adoptive/predictive models.

Knowledge in implementing efficient logistics.

Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skill, and result- oriented.

Be enthusiastic, responsible, efficient, can work under pressure.

Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
