Our client, a prominent community bank in Connecticut, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Trust and Wealth Management Relationship Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional client service, supporting relationship managers and trust officers, and assisting with various operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for client service needs, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of inquiries and requests.

Provide comprehensive support to relationship managers and trust officers, assisting with client portfolio management and relationship building.

Assist with marketing campaign support, including content creation, distribution, and tracking.

Manage the process of opening new accounts, including necessary documentation and compliance procedures.

Facilitate client onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Coordinate and schedule meetings for relationship managers and trust officers, including organizing meeting materials and preparing agendas.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

3-5 years banking experience, preferably in wealth management.

Strong customer service skills with a proactive and client-focused approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of trust and wealth management operations and procedures is a plus.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
