The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Motivate the sales team to reach monthly unit goals and achieve award-winning customer survey metrics.

Monitor the sales team with accountability coaching through daily/weekly check-ins, and time spent with salespersons in BDC.

Train 90-day hires, Reduce sales team turnover through mentorship.

Communicate sales events, OEM programs, and inventory challenges to sales team.

Collaborate with Managers to achieve the final month's goals, to build profitable deals, to support our sales team, and to create a smooth transition for customers from sales to finance.

Assist the General Sales Manager with the tactful management of high-expectation customers. Take ownership for the resolutions to customer service concerns.

Qualifications

3+ years' of sales experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
