Job Overview:

Our ideal candidate is an experienced designer who develops creative for a wide range of marketing campaigns, websites, digital initiatives, and communications. Must have a portfolio that reflects your expertise in digital as well as print with an emphasis on front-end web design and other digital design.

Responsibilities:

· Design creative strategies that enhance marketing campaigns and digital initiatives

· Ability to storyboard/sketch or translate ideas to marketing team to spark further idea generation and collaboration

· Create unique designs from scratch that match the theme of company campaigns

· Develop strong, creative front-end web design concepts

· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas

· Create Ads for various marketing platforms.

· Ability to stay current and grow professionally in a flexible and fast-moving environment

· Consistently raise the creative bar and think outside the box for solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

· Minimum of 4 years experience, preferably with a marketing or creative agency

· Proficient in industry standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud / Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

· Experience in Figma is a plus

· Experience with Microsoft Suite (specifically PowerPoint)

· Experience with graphics, animation, text, and sound

· Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript

· Experience working with WordPress templates

· Bachelors in Marketing, Graphic Arts, Digital Design or a related field preferred

· Video editing a plus

· Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism from peers, with a team-oriented attitude
