Requirements:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience.

Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Industry Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or related fields is preferred.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.

Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Team Management: Coach and mentor recruiting staff to achieve goals and exceed KPIs.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

Business Development: Identify new client opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.

Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to hiring and placement procedures, maintaining accurate documentation.
