Inside Sales Specialist

Gagne, Inc. is looking for team member that is ready to start their career in sales. As an inside sales associate you will gain knowledge in the many industries we work with, including water jet, defense, construction equipment, etc. You will work with and learn from experienced sales professionals with decades of experience and proven processes.

Pay rate is 21.50 per hour. Benefits include: paid time off, 8 paid holidays, medical and life insurance, 401k with company matching. Tuition reimbursement available if courses directly relate to current position.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new customers

Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling

Identify the correct decision makers within a given business

Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into current system

Ability to learn about and effectively design and explain products and options.

Stay informed about competing products

Create online advertising content via linked in and constant contact

Close sales and create customer relationships for repeat orders.

Complete training and development programs

Qualifications

Self-Motivated - take ownership of customer base and develop for new opportunities

Excellent communication skills and the ability to plan ahead and multi-task

Excellent phone and cold calling skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong listening skills and ability take feedback and learn from it

Ability to achieve targets and goals

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
