Associate Attorney

I’m currently recruiting outstanding Associates with 2+ years of general experience for the Student Services and Education Law Practice Group of an AmLaw200 firm with offices in Fresno.

Important background considerations include:

in general legal work including strong research, writing and people skills with a willingness to learn

will gain knowledge in virtually all issues concerning students in pre-school-12th grade as well as special education, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Americans with Disabilities Act

will advise and counsel clients as well as support clients in all aspects of student related litigation and interactions with the California Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), California Department of Education (OAH) and Feder Office for Civil Rights (OCR) regarding disability and discrimination matters concerning students

work: in office 3 days/week

Range: $120k-150k + bonuses, complete benefits package and firm equity
