The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual designs across various mediums, both print and digital for both external and internal customers. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, produce brand-specific designs quickly and accurately, have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual representations.

Essential Functions:

Conceptualize and create visual designs for a wide range of projects, including print collateral, digital media, social media graphics, websites, light video, animation, and more.

Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Document brand standards and ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design work.

Maintain an organized archive of design assets, files, and resources for easy access and future reference.

Develop design concepts and layouts based on project briefs and creative briefs.

Create and manipulate graphics, illustrations, images, and other visual elements using industry-standard design software.

Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, advertisements, and product packaging.

Optimize designs for different platforms and mediums, considering factors such as resolution, file size, and color profiles.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools including AI.

Incorporate feedback from clients, team members, and stakeholders into design revisions.

Assist with the production and preparation of files for printing or digital publishing.

Continuously improve design skills and stay informed about advancements in the field of graphic design.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer.

Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Fundamental video editing capabilities required.

Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint.

Familiarity with workflow applications such as Monday preferred.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and branding.

Excellent creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative and visually appealing designs.

Strong attention to detail, quality control, and the ability to work with precision.

Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.

Familiarity with packaging design and able to update existing dielines, printing processes and specifications is a plus.

Familiarity with web design, UI/UX principles, and HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Education:

Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or related field.

Certification in Adobe Design suite is an advantage.

Work Environment:

Corporate office environment (not hybrid).

Up to 15% travel to customer locations, suppliers, company locations is required.
