Our client, a nationally recognized construction staffing company, has an opportunity to be a Territory Manager focusing on staffing within the construction sector in Chantilly VA. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, prior sales experience in staffing or personnel leasing, and a background in construction. As a Territory Manager in the construction staffing arena, you will be crucial in driving sales and expanding our customer base within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

relationships with existing and potential customers, including contractors, builders, and construction professionals.

to increase business with existing clients in assigned territory(s). Increase customer relationships, including field, office, and corporate personnel.

and close contractors identified as potential clients (those in the CRM territory database and new clients not yet in CRM).

job sites and projects to provide on-site customer service and prospects for new business.

the General Manager in hiring and managing field employees working for clients within your assigned territory(s).

develop, and manage clients' needs and expectations – coordinating with the General Manager to provide the best possible craftsmen match for their projects.

industry and trade association functions as directed by the General Manager to represent yourself professionally and responsibly.

daily and weekly sales reports and pipelines for review by General Manager or Regional General Manager.

and accurately update notes for clients, job sites, work orders, and field employees in CRM daily.

job starts with field employees as required or directed by the general manager.

to daily and weekly office schedules as the General Manager outlined and directed.

other duties occasionally as assigned by the General Manager or corporate management.

driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.

In addition to a salary of $60,000 to $80,000 (commensurate with experience) and a commission structure, this role comes with a monthly car allowance of $600.00 and a suite of benefits, including health, dental, PTO, vacation, and more.
