Set up all new Maintenance Contracts in the ERP and start the billing cycle.
Ensure all Planned Maintenance schedules are set up according to the TMR agreement.
Monitor and remove expired units from billing.
Provide purchase orders to 3rd party service providers.
Responsible for re-bills of 3rd party service invoices.
Maintains organization of fleet agreements and contracts with customers as well as 3rd party service providers
Provide monthly consolidated invoicing to fleet customers for service invoice transactions
Facilitate setup of new fleet customer locations and 3rd party vendors in business system
Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced Excel
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Detail oriented
Ability to work with minimal direction and use independent discretion judgment
Good team player attitude
