Onward Search is looking for an Sales Executive for our client, a leading real estate marketplace. This role will play a pivotal role serving as a strategic resource to the real estate industry by helping them improve digital marketing and advertising initiatives.

As a Sales Executive, you will be selling an innovative digital subscription platform that allows customers to elevate their marketing objectives.

This is a full time role, which WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION to Richmond, Virginia, with a relocation payment available. This role is onsite in a beautiful and dynamic office headquarters. Comprehensive training is offered.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate impactful relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue via a subscription model.

Utilize outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and successfully close deals.

Showcase the value of our client’s offering through engaging virtual presentations.

Surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

Work closely with colleagues to collectively drive revenue

Deliver top-notch customer support, tailor solutions to client needs, and ensure those solutions are successful

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College

At least 2 years of experience in sales preferred, ideally in digital marketing or B2B products.

Proven success in a corporate sales environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture customer relationships.

Results-driven mindset with analytical capabilities, ability to speak on past metrics, KPI's and quotas

Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Job Tenure, ideally no more than 1 position per year

This is a full time role which includes a base salary and commission.

Base salary is $70-75K with an estimated OTE $100-120K.
